[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Typology:  Cemetery

Location: Magliano Alpi (IT)

Client: Comune di Magliano Alpi

Year: 2021

Status: Project[/vc_column_text][smartslider3 slider=”38″][vc_column_text]The cemetery clearly presents the structure of an Italian-style garden, now completely lost. The project aims to restore that configuration by introducing well squared hedges which guide the paths and frame the tombs; bushes pruned into balls that mark the entrances; ornamental and elegant flowers placed next to the hedges and together with them guiding the paths. In the center there will be a circular hedge which surrounds the cross and inside it a lot of blooming white roses. The selection of the plants was made paying attention to elegance and formality, so I chose refined species and just two typologies not to make chaos. The one used for the hedges and the spheres is Taxus baccata; the ornamental and blooming one is the Rose, white rose, in the variety of ‘Prosperity’ and ‘White Meidiland’. The surface above the tombs on the ground will be made in stabilized sand; the paths will be realized with stabilized gravel and rectangular stones to allow the access to everyone.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
